Gently letting go

Time passes, time passes, time passes along,

the cells of my body are continuing on,

creating, destructing, living and dying,

they carry on...



My mind is changing faster than my breath,

my heart is beating again and again,

the world is turning, expanding and shrinking everyday,

the universe pulsates with the rhythm of life and death



But what`s life and what`s death,

there is no proper explanation,

a cycle of existence, non - existence, change and exploration,

my body`s born without a question and dies without an explanation



It`s just a cycle, no right nor wrong,

no good or bad, no peace nor war



Relax and see it for what it is,

open you mind and feel the majesty,

don`t try to hold on, but gently let go
