P.S. I was thinking about all I've accomplished
this year and it was A LOT (it's amazing what you
can pack into a year). I used to reflect on what
I didn't do. I took any progress I made, for
granted. You may be doing this too. Instead of
focusing on what you HAVEN'T done, focus on what
you HAVE done. Try comparing your present self
with your past self and pull out the progress
you've made. Start there and build on it. And
more importantly; BE GRATEFUL FOR IT.
