Part of our make-up as humans is to make order out of chaos, because we need the feeling of control. We are comfortable with patterns and routines, but routines that are followed without thought are really ruts. Much of life's joy is experienced when we step outside of our comfort zone and partake of the spontaneity of creation. Even a small change in your daily routine can open up new vistas and possibilities that can add zest to ordinary life.
