sense the pace of the heart vibration, not just the pulse of the beats but the constant flow of the energy of the heart itself, peaceful and balanced. now realise that your brain-mind can be this peaceful and balanced, with an equally perfect flow and enjoyable state.
in allowing your brain-mind to key into the frequency of the heart and to follow it's lead, rather than ignoring the heart or trying to control it with the brain you open to the great knowing and navigational ability in every moment.
