When you recognize that everything you are encountering is a reflection of your own state of mind, each of change, healing, and full appreciation becomes a real possibility.

The nature of existence then is reflection. Herein lies a critical step in recognition. Recognition facilitates awakening.

hint: there is no such thing as soul mates, groups of souls, blah, blah, blah related hierarchies, etc....because another attribute of reality is equality....; i know that we all want something special....but, do you prefer fiction or reality....? don't spend energy trying to organize and categorize people, souls, whatever....; this will yield confusion; be equally grateful for everyone and everything. Your identity is spirit. Yes, I'm blunt, but I won't lie to me.

Q: How come men see me as a body?
A: Because you see yourself that way. You, therefore, see men that way, and men reflect that seeing.

Q: How come men often misunderstand my intention, I was just smiling at him?
A: Because you misunderstand your intention, and he reflected that back at you.

Q: So, is the man responsible for nothing?
A: He will always reflect who you think you are. Therefore, focus exclusively on your identity thoughts because these are bringing you the undesired experiences you seek to change. Do not waste time attempting to assign anyone else in your life responsibility or degrees thereof for what you experience. Energy spent this way will keep you utterly confused.

Q: So, why didn’t you write this for men?
A: Ladies first. Kidding aside, this applies equally to men. Men often feel misunderstood by women and often blame women for this. Assigning responsibility to women will not bring men clarity. But, why would you ask such a question unless you sense an imbalance in the direction of this communication? Yet, this sensing will cause you confusion again because your focus will remain ‘us and them.’ Focus on you, leave him and them alone. They are your reflections. Be absolutely clear on this.

Q: So, you suggest that I define me?
A: Not exactly, I suggest that you’ve been trying to do that – and herein lies the challenge of your life – of the picture you see – of the troubled relationships.

Q: So, if I’m not to change the thoughts about me then what am I to do?
A: Know this: both your definition and your value are not of your design nor can you alter them in reality. You are an endless, eternal, whole, complete, and all inclusive being. In fiction, you can effectively bring about all kinds of experiences that don’t have any of the attributes I listed and you do this by playing with your identity – essentially assuming false ones – then seeing how life seems to be. The degree, however, that you believe in the false identity as the only truth defines just how much you’ll have to expose and dismantle it to get back to the real you.

Q: But, wait, I still don’t get what I’m supposed to do so that men don’t see me exclusively as a body?
A: Inwardly acknowledge that you are not just a body. Inwardly acknowledge that you are not surrounded by bodies either. Ask your spirit to guide you into remembering.

My writing will catalyze awareness shifts of the kind you seek – that’s part of what I do here on the seeming planet Earth – but look around, you’ve given yourself many outstanding teachers. The key is to remember that every encounter is a gift that you have given yourself – even with those you haven’t labeled as teachers.

Without seeing those in your life as a gift, you block yourself from receiving the gift. And, there’s not a whole lot for which to be grateful, right?

Finally, and this is also important for alignment. Every so called teacher, intuitive, psychic, blah, blah, blah (yes, including me) is your equal, not superior and not inferior.

They are each just versions of you offering you a gift. When one recognizes and receives gifts, they are grateful. And, how many have already told you being grateful for your life opens the mind, heals, yields a peaceful existence (with self)? If you have a peaceful and clear existence with yourself, and since others are your reflection, do you think you might have a peaceful and clear existence with them?

The universe is always and in all ways conspiring in your favor….
