How to prevent the H1N1 :
1. 1 stamp size of Kombu seaweed add 750 ml filtered water cooked to 250 ml water. Drink it empty stomach and before breakfast. leftover not eat together. Once time a day. (function: Blood cleansing)
2. 4 nos of shiitake mushroom and 10g of dried daikon (radish) add 750 ml filtered water boiled to 250 ml water. Drink it empty stomach and before breakfast during warm. leftover not eat together. Once time a day. (function: Liver cleansing and detox)
3. 4 nos of shiitake mushroom add 750 ml filtered water boiled to 250 ml water. Drink it empty stomach and before breakfast. leftover not eat together.Once time a day. (function: Boost up immune system)
4. Boiled Radish soup: Add radish and the radish leaves, kombu seaweed, shiitake mushroom and a few nos of black pepper (improve immune system and liver cleansing)
5. Drink miso soup twice time a day.
6. 1tsp funugrek, 1tsp liquorice, 1 teabag of peppermint tea add hot water just regular drink.
Choose either one for your convenience.
