Peace the inside job

I have been receiving some interesting mail from Rashad or Ralph. I do not think money buys peace, if it did the world would be peaceful.

Peace is an inside job...taming the ego when it wants to fight with you or anyone else. It's taking command in a heartfelt way leading the ego into a higher position away from fighting with itself and all others. I first learned to do this after I found myself fighting with myself. It made me laugh out loud. Laughter broke it's hold on me and allowed my peace to return. Once I step away from looking at the world so serious and judging everything from my narrow prospective, things began to fall into a nice rhythm.

I know this can be difficult, because I constantly monitor myself. In word, action and thinking. When one offers peace to themselves, others who have no peace are often times put off and want what you have. So from that standpoint sharing peace with someone is easy to show them. But when you have a radical situation going on that is quite different indeed.

That is when cooling the flame is necessary. Here is how I cool the flame... I remove myself from the situation until all parties have a chance to see from a higher prospective. If for some reasons I cannot remove myself. I remove my mind from reacting, by soothing it with a light vibration of love usually pink/green in color. I actually feel this energy move down over and around myself. I also call on this energy to descend upon others involved and then I wait. Sometimes it can take a bit before the energy clear and sometimes it's just a few seconds.
