Peaceful Mind and Peaceful Existence 2



Peaceful mind is relatively known as cool and calm mind! Some consider that as a mature mind, some introduced it as a knowledgeable mind! Yes, one can imagine about and according to that one can say that a peaceful mind has something unique, which is not with common mind (yes, this is very common finding by imagination!)! Or a mind, which would have no passion, no excitement, no hurry, no anxiety and no one can disturb with any provocative activity. But in real what are the characteristics of peaceful mind is very interesting as well as very complex matter also. It is not based on our assumptions or our guess: It is not related with any kind of precondition. Who ever has reached there or got a glimpse of it have just uttered: 'cant explain!'

This is true: Peace by nature has nothing to show, nothing to admit. It's being has tremendous possibilities of expanding the presence of active silence! It has a compact emptiness with the music of eternal! We cannot imagine what grass is feeling when a dewdrop just touched! Our cells are like grass and they literally feel the touch of peace. But since the ages human body and its' cells are habituated with certain on going behavioral things that relaxation means sleep (or sleep means relaxation). That's why cells and body entered in the sleep and we unconsciously pass through that. This should be change by conscious efforts by us. It is possible also by making us more and more aware day by day and moment by moment: Let peace be felt in mental body, vital body and physical body so that help us to gain really peaceful mind! We believe that mind is separate than vital and vital is different than physical! But Yogis and spiritual personalities of the world since ages have found so many things related with our existence and tools used by us! They knew and expressed also in their saying symbolically that in totality nothing is separate! During early decades of 20th century Shri Aurobindo and than The Mother has cleared so many things about this and shown us that an evolutionary process clearly indicates that the base is matter and through matter vital and later the mental element gradually developed it means that the possibilities of such evolution was inherent there as a universal expressive openings by the ultimate source! And peaceful mind is a part of that process as a major achievement for humanity.

I want to put an emphasis on this process of ours to achieve the peaceful mind or even to enter in that process! We all know by our experiences that this is not an easy thing! But we also know intuitively that we could reach there, achieve that by practicing, following the process and making ourselves more and more aware! In real this process has two-way working-system: One, to put one's own efforts with silent progress. Second, to give a call to peace inside us! We all have the peace center inhabitant. Its place is behind or deep in the Heart Chakra! It is with psychic being. Now one can relate that why most of the Yogic Systems suggest meditating on heart chakra. Mostly when suggest to do so it is said that to remove negative emotions as well as to balance our vitality for betterment. Whatever it is said and relevance is also there, the real thing behind suggesting meditation on heart chakra is related with opening or awakening of the psychic being so that the peace could be achieve and spread over inside! So that we will have a real experience from within!

This will help to generate peaceful mind gradually and if one can allow working that peace by itself, submitting the self then it works magically! And this would be the starting point of going towards peaceful existence….

thank you for your thoughts, they are really touch me, When I walk in the nature, looking the trees, the colours in the sky, ....and breath with, I can feel my cells touching by the joy, the bliss and I say thank for these gift.
