Reflexion of day....

A preocupação e a cadeira de balanço

"A preocupação é como a cadeira de balanço: mantém você ocupado, porém, não o leva a lugar algum."

Conta-se que um doente de um hospital psiquiátrico permanecia com o ouvido encostado na parede.

A enfermeira, um dia, perguntou-lhe: que você está fazendo aí?

-Silêncio! Cochichou o doente, acenando para que a enfermeira também encostasse o ouvido na parede.

A enfermeira concordou e permaneceu ali durante uns minutos, prestando atenção:

-Não estou ouvindo nada, ela disse.

-Eu também não, replicou o doente com a testa franzida. É assim o dia inteiro!

As pessoas que se preocupam com cada detalhe de sua vida são como este paciente.

Umas se preocupam com o que poderia ter sido dito, outras com o que foi dito.

Algumas se preocupam com o que poderia acontecer.

Outras com o que não aconteceu, mas deveria ter acontecido.

Há ainda as que se preocupam com o futuro.

Com quem será que vou me casar? Até que idade vou viver?

Será que um dia meu marido ( ou esposa ) me trairá?

Outras se afligem com o que fizeram no passado e com as conseqüências disto.

Deus não nos criou para termos uma vida que é um fardo, ao contrário,

Deu-nos VIDA! e VIDA em Abundancia de todas as coisas boas!

- DIGA ADEUS Á PREOCUPAÇÃO!

The concern and the rocking chair

"Worry is like a rocking chair:
keeps you busy, however, does not lead anywhere. "

It is said that a patient remained in a psychiatric hospital with his ear against the wall.

The nurse, one day, asked him: What are you doing there?

Silence! Whispered the sick, waving to the nurse also put his ear to the wall.

The nurse agreed and remained there for several minutes, watching:

-I do not hear anything, she said.

-I do not, the patient replied, frowning. So is the day!

People who care about every detail of your life are like this patient.

Some worry about what could have been said, others with what was said.

Some worry about what might happen.

The other did not happen, but it should have happened.

There are still those who care about the future.

Who will I marry? Until what age will I live?

Will we one day my husband (or wife) will betray me?

Others fret about what they did in the past and the consequences of this.

God has not created us to have a life that is a burden, instead,

He gave us LIFE! and life in abundance of all good things!

... SAY GOODBYE TO WORRY!
