A few days ago, I was enjoying freetime in the early evening. I decided to iron some outfit and accidently hurt my index finger when adjusting the height of the iron stand after the work. It happened in a blink and I couldn't help myself jumping in the sudden pain. My index finger went swollen with stagnant blood inside. About some time later, maybe in 30 mintutes, I calmed down and sat in the bed with a book. While reading the book, my eyes turned upon the finger holding the book and the scene from the movie 'passion of Christ' , which showed how he healed a worrior who lost his ear in a battle, struck my head. I thought to myself, "If we are given a spirit of God, we must have the ability to heal ourselves." Then I ordered myself to 'heal', as the owner of my body.
Then, the swollen part of the finger got flattened in a few minutes and the pain was much lessened that I didn't feel it sore at all! It was amazing but the second time for me to heal myself.
Some may say that it is the way it is, but I strongly believe that it came from my deep understanding of how our belief system affects our reality.
Although I still have to train myself to get beyond an old thought system, I know I am changing.
Dear ones, I'd like to share this experience to remind you of your limitless ability given and encourage you to try, because "believing" is "seeing"!

Namaste!
