Hi everyone here.....!!...... here are the basics......we just need the data for the local radio / tv stations for your market as we prepare for the news releases......
Also deal directly with me on all of the Music stuff for UFP....not the main HQ....I'm organizing and coordinating the Musical end for UFP and they are swamped with the international day to day operations of the entire Project....this a is a corporate protocol and very important for the structure and stability of our efforts......
Also....Jeanette is building a news letter and wants to inset all of the locations we are having events on JUNE 21, 2009....are you/can you work or working on lining up a local venue in you area(s).??..it should be easy enough to accomplish.....the shows are on a Sunday and is a good time for early afternoon through evening events......please let me know.....
I would like to begin conference calls with all members of this group and anyone who can help us on Saturday & Sunday afternoons Eastern Standard Time for those who can.....for those who can't.....please let me know the best times at your convenience, and I''ll call you personally.....we need to talk at least once a week from now on.......Sundays are best for me.....

One more thing.....this memo has pertainent information for the lower key, grass roots, start up solidarity shows and events we are planning for June 21st, 2009, as well for the larger shows, as we build internally, so don't worry about "cost factors" and such associated with the future planned ongoing BENEFIT FOR THE BEARS CONCERT SERIES, right now at all.....these first shows are mainly to garner national and international "pre-publicity" if you will of the mere fact that an ongoing concert series is being planned, as well as other important media coverage(s) neccessary........we will have complete local media(s) support for the local solidarity kickoff events, and national and international coverage of those mini coverages....
