If you think you're eating healthily but having trouble kick-staring weight-loss, you may be eating food with hidden nastiness.
In the above video Krysten Goodwin gives details of the food you should avoid if you want to cut your belly fat - and some of her suggestions may surprise you.
Krysten suggests dieters steer clear of high-sugar yoghurts - replace with a low-fat Greek yoghurt for lots of protein instead.
You may also assume eating salad will help you to slim down, but Krysten says many salad dressings can make eating a salad pointless because they are high in calories and trans fats.
