When we are more intimate with ourselves, each other and Life in general we experience more peace. Intimacy requires a letting go and merging with the world around us, recognizing that we are all ONE. This video was made from the comments on my last post. They are beautiful insights into intimacy by people from all over the world. In doing this presentation I realized that many good people the globe over strive for peace.
The music to this video is a song titled, Rainforest Mist, composed by me. The original song has words and is played on a piano. But for this video I wanted something more intimate so I hummed the song. There is no piano and no words. To me humming — with no instrumentals — left me feeling vulnerable. I think to fully embrace intimacy we must allow ourselves to experience vulnerability, heart to heart and soul to soul. So in humming this song I share my soul.
