Get off your computer and give
Walk with your legs and let live
Give a sandwich, give a shirt
Give a little more until it hurts
To many groups and too much talk
Stop talking and walk the walk
Freedom seekers lay down your lives
Give your time or a dime so freedom thrives
Bloated conversations and spirited speach
May constipate your soul until you deep reach
Get off you Arses and go to the street
help a child breath and meet & greet
Live in God's name even when it hurts
Give in the name of God in even bursts
Get soul back in life or you speak in vain
Constipated paralysis with no one else to blame
