Your "Sword" against Whom or What shall you target it

So very sad and terrible things is happening in our world and the words become so "bite- less" when we want to dress these things in our restricted vocabulary, that it feels a bit ridiculous to even try. .
Then you feel in your despair and hopelessness, that you would like to draw your sharp-edged "Sword"

But against whom or what shall you target it?

against

Mother Nature? Who has caused so many incredible natural disasters

Mr Fritzl? Who has come to symbolize the phenomenon of evil.

The "overweight" in-countries? Which are investing in themselves and build up their "biceps", while the developing countries' people are starving

The politicians? Who have made possible and still do, for injustices to become a natural part of our everyday life

All forms of abuse? Which in its turn give birth to new ones

The resistance? Incompatible with all our attempts

Ignorance? That become our excuse, for not knowing better

Ourselves? As a part of the society we jointly created

But here it is used as a symbol for our anger and frustration :)
And the only weapon we have, is our words. But they can be rather powerful too if we know how to use them *smile*

They can hurt and surly make people bleed, so even those have to be used carefully *smile*

Are there hatred here? The concept of that word I'm not familiar with.
Since being honest and dare to talk about what you see is born out of Love. Because you care...

Tell me a person that do not get upset when seeing so much injustices in the world.
Tell me a person who do not feel powerless and sad in front of that.
Peace work comes exactly from that frustration, meaning you want to participate to something better for others who suffer.

Is that connected to hatred?
if not. I do not understand what Davids' poem was trying to say in this context. Or what you was trying to.

One thing is certain, covert aggression hurts worse than open. Since it is so difficult to respond to

A last question
Did you really think I made propaganda for weapons and violence? It was hard to digest...

Hopefully We never have to use Our swords, as I believe in a Peaceful Revolution, like Jesus, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King and other Great Teachers & Leaders.
There is safety in numbers and somehow We must organize a Peaceful force for change.
"Cooperation, not Competition"
We, the Peaceful, are the Majority, but are being conditioned & controlled by the Warfull & Disrespectful minority.
"Time will Tell", but I, as many feel, it's "Time for a Change"

and Hopefully those hands are not needed to wield a sword.

but We must be prepared to do so and possibly to give up Our Earthly bodies in the process.

It is all very simple when you think
the difference between love and hate,
because hate can only destroy us
whereas love always creates anew
hate divides us into friend or foe
but love joins us up into groups
hate starts by destroying the inside
before moving to destroy everything,
but we were not born to hate others
as we were all created in acts of love
that is why I find it impossible to hate
but extremely easy to find love here.

I was born to love, not born to hate
when I see which does what here
I know which one I choose every time......David Gould © 2nd February 2009
