than 50 PPM as a TOXIC WASTE SITE

BEACHED WHALES NOW TEST AT
OVER 1000 PPM IN PCBs !!!

Clearly this PCB industrial waste was
PIPE-LINED into our once clean Oceans...

I think this is a major reason we are
seeing a GLOBAL die off of coral reefs.
This problem started in the late 70's,
coinciding with the time industrial
giants were dumping tons of PCB into
the Ocean.
