I just wrote a long message about the power of fasting..
I did fast twice for the sake of my late multi handicap daughter Madeleine!
My latest hunger strike was on behalf of a defenceless autistic friend who was being punched on his neck , shower with cold water slap on his face, etc..by his assistant.
As I was laughed at in the local newspaper by the people who were supposed to protect this poor mentally handicap man..I went on a silent hunger strike for a week.
It didn´t help the victim as his perpetrator kept his job as they call it!
But I still belief in the spiritual power of fasting...what do we know
about the seeds we are planting and its beneficial results?
Thank you Vanessa for your invitation to the fast of the 11th of January. I've just returned from travels in eastern Australia for the summer break here.
I appreciate your devotion and dedication to the cause of peace. It reminds me of the great peacemaker Mahatma Gandhi, whose photo you include in your image. May your fast be fruitful and beneficial to the cause of peace. I won't be fasting myself.
My way of making peace is through music and dance. Last night in Sydney and last week in Byron Bay I co-led an evening of Dances of Universal Peace. These dances are dedicated to love, harmony, beauty as the embodiment of Sacred Unity.

hi, i thank you for inviting me so i accept. i have a lot to say, you may wish you had not met me. but i am harmless! see, i need understanding. not what the media, whether here or anywhere tries to tell me. i need to talk and to understand people. not hard. the hardest thing is to realize and to break
the chains that forge the binds that hold us. we need to be free of preconceived perceptions and realize we are all just people and all have a
love. ok, thank you. -buck
wat's the nature of your fasting? I'm a vegetarian for many years now.
is your a diet thing or abstinance from food/ water. That too I do during the
fasting month of Ramadhan for muslims.
I'm keen to do the fasting from jan11, joining hands & doing my part for a more peaceful world!
