reading your comment to Myron's blog post is a big joy for me. I left this comment above yours:
"Thank you, Rx4peace, so much for you honest touching words! This dialogue by you and Myron is so valuable! Listening, seeing, opening windows for new perspectives, for understanding, for coming together. All these 'little' meetings, from person to person, are those steps letting the peace REALLY grow - on solid ground.
Thank you Rx4peace and Myron, for being lighthouses, for being peace!"
Sunny greetings from a fresh day in Cologne! sabine
Much of what you are publishing here has great validity but then you seem to get quite upset at people for not seeing things the way you see them. First let me establish that there is a huge difference between personal peace and world peace. Personal peace is your relationship to life, God (if you believe), and the Universe. World Peace, on the other hand, is about getting along with neighbors.
Your comments regarding Palestine ignore the threat that radical members of Palestine have been in favor of the elimination of Israel from the beginning. Israel just stopped a ship full of arms from ? going to Palestine to further support the terrorists in that country.
Until someone gets a hold of Palestine with a serious government that arrests these radicals I do not see much hope for Peace in the Middle East.
Does this mean that I agree with all people of Israel? No. Like every country in the World there are good, bad, and indifferent people. We must strengthen the good people in Israel and Palestine to move toward peace. In all the Arab World I see one University after the other being established so why is it that I never hear of any educational efforts by the Arab World in Palestine. Israel has become a huge player in bringing innovative small business to the World Economy. What wealth is Palestine developing? What plan for their people do they have beyond the elimination or conversion to Islam of the UN Recognized State of Israel. Both sides have legitimate feelings about what they think of as home. Peace is getting each side to accept the other as valid and work together for a better future for both. Think of all the good things that could come if wars & conflicts would end. Dictators do not want education for the majority of people in their countries because that would bring an end to dictatorship.

Many have to deal with this their inner child as grown ups since that is our ”Sauce of Peace” and the neglected child need its redress to be able to give and share.
What do we think about all these issues? Which are our OWN thoughts without quotes, That can be told In ”You are the Source” since your thoughts are as valuable as someone else’s.
So much around us and inside us is sad so ”We cannot always Shine” that is OK. Admitting our sorrow and grief is the first step to healing and peace.
We can also find ourselves through ”Sagas, Dreams and Myths” within witch so much human wisdom is hidden.
We can close our eyes and just remember through all the music our heart and soul has saved, and we can share it with others in ”Unforgettable Music”
We can travel to get inspiration and understanding for our different cultures. Why not go to ”Sweden starting in Lapland” You will find my roots there involved in the midnight sun and the northern light *smile*
But you do not have to travel so far to find what counts the most in life ; ”small close things” which surround us all but to which we do not pay enough attention
Hope seeing you somewhere /Gunilla
and never forget that "Grief is not a disease", but a part of life

It all starts with the children. I write about that in ”The Child Within All these children that are neglected or abused become our ” Barefoot Children” Some survive against all odds. That’s our ”Dandelion Children”
Many have to deal with this their inner child as grown ups since that is our ”Sauce of Peace” and the neglected child need its redress to be able to give and share.
Some devote their life to ”The reconnaissance for a God” while others do believe so strongly so they are willing to commit ”War and Violence in the name of God”
