Dear David. Thank you for your poem. It is such a delightful experience to hear your language, influenced as I think it may be by the great poetic tradition of the nineteenth century. Thank you for keeping the beauty of that tradition alive. Take care.
Paralells of time
Ohh parallells of time
No spacing in between
the beauty and the rhyme.
I am here in all the presence
enjoying and floating
in these parallels of time.
Cannot see you, cannot touch
But a fragance of embrace
lingers my mind as such.
I am being her in time,
In parallels of time,
when now is then,
is all forgotten,
Standing truly without rest
in the parallels of time.
No more sorrows,
No more blame,
As we all
are all the same.
Same commitment, same complexity
All the same hopes, and the fears
Trying always to be near
In these parallels of time.
I read your beatiful poem and it speaks from my heart so much!
I would like to read your poem next Tuesday when we have a special screening of the Soldiers of peace movie in Kilkenny City Ireland. This is so honest and outspoken! Thank you! Would you be happy if i sent it to all my Worldmarch fro peace firends? If read it out loud when we light our torches at our Non-violence vigil 3rd October? Please let me know. Love, Peace, Force and Joy from Krisztina
Hi David, I am just stopping by to wish you a magical weekend. I have not been online much these days, been very ill, but now feeling much better. Just thought I would say hello. Now to catch up on my reading.
Dear David, I enjoyed and enjoy your last poem. It is so beautiful and touches my heart deeply. I love Bach, I dance with his music, it transports me
in the land of paradise. Thank you very much and thank you also for the
recommandation of Kara Johnstad. Being back in Germany end November and later going to Berlin I'll try to buy a CD of her.
Sending you lightpeace and blessings, yours Anaré
oh yes David, tell me where is it written what it is we are meant to be???... a constant question seemingly endless until we take away the question mark and relax... meant to be... that is for sure.. we are meant to be.. and the rest is a lovely mystery... how in the world can we not smile knowing that the stars and moons are dancing around us and that your black lines which form words on white paper projected through light cables onto flat screens inspire me to write about Paris in the middle of Berlin. And how can I not smile knowing that I go out every day and share wind that has formed to tone and then disappears...sometimes I am lucky and manage to capture it ... but usually it just joins the morning birds song and is carried off somewhere., yes, simply be... that is the only chance we have... and that is a big beauty lovely moment...
sipping a coffee in Berlin and finishing the next radio show on this rainy and wet and chilly morning...
