Dear David. Thank you for your poem. It is such a delightful experience to hear your language, influenced as I think it may be by the great poetic tradition of the nineteenth century. Thank you for keeping the beauty of that tradition alive. Take care.

Paralells of time

Ohh parallells of time
No spacing in between
the beauty and the rhyme.

I am here in all the presence
enjoying and floating
in these parallels of time.

Cannot see you, cannot touch
But a fragance of embrace
lingers my mind as such.

I am being her in time,
In parallels of time,
when now is then,
and when
is all forgotten,
Standing truly without rest
in the parallels of time.

No more sorrows,
No more blame,
As we all
are all the same.
Same commitment, same complexity
All the same hopes, and the fears
Trying always to be near
In these parallels of time.

SIGNAL FIRE

I have come forth
to set my heart
on the ground

and to make a small
signal fire,
mixing smoke
with dust and clouds.

The blue-white
flame, with the orange
aura, bright
as the blood oranges
of the south
this will be the burning
of my soul.

how long
does a soul endure
in a toxic place?

Pilgrim,
drop some alms
of your holy journey
into this bowl
of waver embers.

Behold,
the frailty
of the human body!

The sun-
drenched silhouette,
perfumed
by the summer earth.

The Healthcare Fallen Memorial

We watch our loved ones die because the healthcare system in our country has abandoned them.

The Healthcare Fallen Memorial is a place to keep them alive in our memory when all else has failed.

Here you can post pictures, videos and stories of your family, friends and neighbors who have died on our own soil because they could not get healthcare.

We will never forget their struggle to live.

in the land of paradise. Thank you very much and thank you also for the

oh yes David, tell me where is it written what it is we are meant to be???... a constant question seemingly endless until we take away the question mark and relax... meant to be... that is for sure.. we are meant to be.. and the rest is a lovely mystery... how in the world can we not smile knowing that the stars and moons are dancing around us and that your black lines which form words on white paper projected through light cables onto flat screens inspire me to write about Paris in the middle of Berlin. And how can I not smile knowing that I go out every day and share wind that has formed to tone and then disappears...sometimes I am lucky and manage to capture it ... but usually it just joins the morning birds song and is carried off somewhere., yes, simply be... that is the only chance we have... and that is a big beauty lovely moment...

sipping a coffee in Berlin and finishing the next radio show on this rainy and wet and chilly morning...

Have a blessed day,

Kara
