It is imperative that we fast and ask for the relief of suffering around the world. What affects one affects all!!!!! If need advice on how to fast, please ask at anytime-we have a teacher to teach us.

Lisa...you made that stone? wow! wish I knew how to. Now you would love the December 5 Dutch holiday just passed. Its called Sinterklaas, but the Americans have screwed it up. Its all about this pope-ish guy who comes by boat from Spain, assisted by Black Petes instead of dwarves brings gifts etc...kids who are good....BUT the holiday is a family one, where ea. member gets another as their subject.
So what you have to do is MAKE a 'surprise' = a hand made gift for your person. Usually made of boxes from the supermarket. This gift can be big or small, with it comes a poem from Sinterklaas, written by you, but dealing with a theme in your focal person's life this year, next year...so you write on behalf of Sint...e.g. my elder daughter is going on world trip, so her 'surprise' this year was from her friends a world map tying to gether all over the world. Her mom made her a globe. third part of the process is that you bury a little gift, under $20 buried in the gift...hard to find. Sarafina made a bubble bath for her sister Sonya, real water in square bucket, the poem said now you're in your last 2 years of school, you're going to have a tough, intense time. Take a bubble bath, and buried under the shower of the bath, were bath salts face masks etc. Sarafina's globe 'surprise' had travel books to her 3 main centres, SAfrica, NYC and Sydney....ask your Dutch friend about this...it beats out all the other things he's shared with you. Love this holiday, beats out the great Jewish holidays I know
I feel we need to change the social structure of young adults being on depressants. first doctors and physiologist prescribed to these people
and yes I had heard that these depressants kill people and adults a like
Like Nicolas has said. when I was going through bad times of my personal
life I was giving depressants by a doctor cause of a open marriage.
and when I was going through this divorce I was told to go to counseling
I then was giving this meths pill for being effected of a head injury I was born with. all but drugs. I feel we have to change the structure of not taking legal
drugs for our personal pains that only make money for the drug companies that make them. I believe that other life saving drugs are important cause I was on a few of them depressants cause I could not go asleep as well.
When I came from Maine USA I was on paxcell still my second wife told me I did not need them so she helped me get off them. facing our problems do hurt
I think we still can live with a life of peace talking to some one we can trust to
listen to us. as well
