Dear Nadim,
My day job... Well, my day job for nearly three years has been working with environmental technologies. It is not paying the bills at the moment, however, it should be soon if I can survive the now. Other than that I have worked in IT a bit and consulted on a number of projects, building companies from the ground up and raising money. Before that I worked in construction, many different projects from large estates to small homes.
What kind of work are you going to try to find in the UK? Do you have a work visa? I lived in England and found it hard to get a work visa. They made me leave the country and my fiancee and 5 month old boy... It was awful. Even if we had been married straight away, they said I would have to leave and apply from outside the country. That situation nearly ruined my life forever... I left as ordered by the Home office and after only a couple months my fiancee' had already met someone else. (she was very weak and changable) needless to say, I was devestated and nearly did not recover. If I ever truly did. :-) Wow, oversharing there...
My point, if there had to be one, is, please be certain that you have your work visa set before going there! If not, I can get you on a fishing boat in Southwest England, if you can work on a boat. :-) Hope that you have a great New Year and that your path opens up before you, wherever you go.
Peace and Unity! Robert

Hi Nadim,

I don't live in London myself, but I think in general it's cold and wet.. which is not too unsual here :) That being said, London probably has it quite mild compared to some parts of the country!

Have a safe trip over..

Thank you, Nadim, for your friendship and for the hints, you gave me with the mail. Maybe you can sometimes send little quotations born out of the Baha'i spirit as a comment to my page. Most I love those wisdoms, that are expressed in a single sentence or in just a few sentences, for example:
Silence is the mother of truth. (Benjamin Disraeli)
Love... it surrounds every being and extends slowly to embrace all that shall be. (Khalil Gibran)
Do you like the words of Rumi? It seems, that this great Persian mystic is discovered newly all over the world.
In my opinion, mystic is a very healthful way out of the conflicts caused by religious fundamentalists.
Sunny greetings from Cologne, Sabine

Salutations my divine Nadim

Everyone in the comforts of their home speak of peace, when many thousands around the world find it hard to feed their family. We feed about 10 people a day sometime double, and we can feel the basic food bill to have climbed by 40% in the last year or so.
While the world food supply is reducing, the Tamil Nadu government has further helped contribute to the shortage of food production, by reducing the cost of rice to 1 rupees, for those who purchase from the ration depot. This has harmed the small farmers in a great way, because in villagers when a people can buy rice for 1 rupees, then he or she would not exchange time against the supply of rice.

Then we have climate change, this affect the rainfall pattern, this year it rained later then it should, so famers who depend on rain could not plant, this will hick the price of all grains.

What can world leaders do about the shortage of food or the environment, like the people so are the government! People have take interest of their society, then the society will serve them. Most people like to say yes to peace, but how many do know what it take to find peace. How many of the will work with other to find peace? Thank god that there as few who work to make more people aware of it.

As long as people are hungry, they will be angry at the world. Then they would not worry about world peace or the environment.

As my husband says, it is time that women ran the world, as it was n early days

Hi Nadim,
Thank you for the link to the Baha'i words - prayers are so wonderful and powerful.

"May the Peace that is granted to this heart be granted to all hearts. May the Love that grows, with every
breath, open every soul to realize the Grace and the Beauty of Divine Bliss."

Peace and Love,
Kaycie

Hi Nadim,
You are an interesting person and I appreciate your writings and sharing. I read your article on the matrix - very good. Thank you for info on your faith as I have known very little - though a Baha'i Peace Prayer is a part of the peace prayers on my page. Seems you have had a very interesting life thus far in all your travels.
wishing you love and light,
kaycie
