Your Friend Ken
Im originaly from Canada. Family roots go back 400 years to upper state New York and Quebec border as apple farmers from France. well , been in Japan for 17 years and have my kids here. Japanese world in N.Y.C. I keep telling Japanese people I meet to go to New York rather than L.A. Just told one teacher today...Thank you for being my friend. I live in rural Japan in Kyushu, Miyazaki. The govenor here is a tv talent. Your students would know him. Must be interesting being an ESL teacher in the west. Sometimes I feel like..why am I teaching english in the schools? but in the end I am making a fun class and helping the kids relax and smile about life seen through another cultures eyes. peace to you
