We do not need any religion ( but i respect them if they are not teached with intolerance) but just to feel love and peace comming from this unique spirituality straight from God

If we can bring light within our soul, heart, it will shine in our life and people can see it , no words just be. Thanks for your comments and invitations to understand your spirituality here. At moment I practise Hatha Yoga, but I´ve been practing many yoga methods: ashtanga, vinyasa flow (my favorite), Iyengar, anusara, power yoga...

I forgot to tell you that I have read and own the Autobiography of a Yogi and many other books he wrote. I love his work it strikes the bell of truth within my heart. I have been reading The Second Coming of Christ: The Resurrection of the Christ Within You for a while now of and on. It is a long book but full of valuable insights. I also have been reading The Kingdom of God is Within You by Leo Tolstoy it is alot like Thoreau.

i will send you a copy in the next few days. I will look for your comments. The book is for our fellow Americans that follow the culture of competition and violence that we are born into as compared to how we truly should be as healthy human beings developing ourselves towards our higher otentials as Paramahansa taught. he is used as an authoritative voice in my final chapter along with his teacher. i think you will like it. The first half of the book however is a long dark tale of our conquest from Germany through Britain and on to North American following the viking way.

This is a real honor. I recognize who you are and your teacher. Paramahansa's writings have been very important in my life. I have loved him through is work. I have tryed in my own way to help wake up my fellow Americans with a book that i self published about our cultural history as the remnants of a viking culture which is why we still have Wodensday and Thorsday each weekly cycle. I have tryed to show there are better healthier ways to live as demonstrated by cooperative cultures and the great teachers of peace.our culture teaches competition, warring, and hoarding as the way but it is dysfunctional to our true nature, yet it is perpetuated. I site Paramahansa and Sri Yukteswara in the book as eastern teachers of peace and how they showed in the similarity of Jesus's teachings. I am a transcendental meditator and school teacher in Michigan. i would love to send you one of my books if you are interested.

News: Wars and rumors of Wars around the world, Palestinians and Jews are being murdered, Poverty, Environment dying, Fla. woman likely jumped overboard (suicide), In Phila. 6 dead and 3 wounded (violence), Cheyenee, Wyo earthquakes 3 days straight, China border 3 tremors Dec. 27th and In May 80,000 people killed from earthquakes and more. It is imperative that we fast and ask for the relief of suffering around the world. What affects one affects all!!!!! If need advice on how to fast, please ask at anytime-we have a teacher to teach us.
