Oh that dog was my ex-girlfriend's pup, Kipper. He's a beautiful little Norfolk terrier, and as you can see, loves his soft toys!

Watched the violet flame video. One of the most influential books for me was St. Germaln on Alchemy. Its full of information about the Violet Flame and the Ascended Masters. Interesting idea to combine it with a warrior concept. I've been trying to reconcile the warrior with peaceful thought for a long time. I know its possible. Ueshiba Sensei's art of Peace writings show this. There's a lot I could write about that subject. More than can be shared here. Something for me to work on though. Maybe in a blog.

Anyway, here's O-Sensei himself. First time I'm seeing these videos too. Gotta keep in mind, he's probably in his late 70's or early 80's.

I wanted to pass along a video of some of Tom Brown Jr's work. I like his philosophy, because its very tangible and shows ways to spiritual awareness through living experience in nature.

Glad you liked the page. Yeah they have a lot to offer there. I'm enjoying it, and am building my page slowly with them.

Thank YOU for the commandments link. I saved it in my favorites. Think I'll put it on my page too. Its some of the best advice...reminded me of the book by Tom Brown Jr. , The Vision. That book launched my awareness of the way to care for our world. That book goes deep inside.

Also, I loved the music from those commandments. Had to run over to itunes after hearing it. So guess what...now whenever I hear that song, I'll be reminded of You, my Friend.

Where in Can. do you live? My sis lived in Scarborough Ont for 14 years. I visited there once about 20 years ago. I remember how clean it was...
