Besides my "real" world connections, several of my favorite movies take place in Italy. I was in Florence back in 1981 and 1982. It's quite an interesting city. I enjoyed it very much ANd I prefer the countryside in Tuscany. Next time, as I shared, I will venture a little bit off the beaten track and go to Umbria, where I feel called. Hello! Thank you so much for your beautiful and generous words. I feel the same about you, and see our reflections from the same water. :-) I visited Italy twice, once in 1981 and once in 1982. Visited the main cities --- Venice, Florence, Rome and little places in between. Never made it to Milan though. My father did A LOT of business in Italy and would usually go there three or four times a year. In fact, when I got married (am now divorced) about 25 people flew over from Italy for my wedding. They contributed so much fun, style and warmth! My dad's favorite places were Positano and Lugano (I know that's Switzerland, but it's the Italian part, not that far from the Lake area). When I come next time, I wish to go to Positano and Lugano (simply because my dad, who is now here in heart and Spirit) and definitely Umbria and the Lakes area, not too far from you. May the magnificence of your Self reflect back to you all the love, beauty and grace that you are. Have a great night in Italia! Love, Lily
