I have to agree with you -- Hunting and fishing for survival and making use of all of the animal as is possible is (in a primitive way) acceptable, but "sport" hunting -- killing just to kill, to prove you can, I mean, come on, six million years of evolution has pretty much seen to it that humans are tactically superior to un-suspecting animals in the wild, not to mention that the humans have the weapons and the animals are unarmed (but I said I wouldn't mention that). It's not unlike putting a prize-fighter in the ring with a small child -- This is all unsettling enough, but then to make a sensationalized flood of a media blitz out of it. I see what it takes for some people whom feel the need to be superior to something -- Why not learn to paint or play a musical instrument? Become the master of the music or the image -- Lord your egos superiority in an arena that at least provides some aesthetic end result. Let us simply Love them and know that they too are perfect and wholly innocent. It is our own perception that brings us grief. Love and Peace beget Love and Peace -- there is no other way.
