Hello laura i received ur message for prayer for your friend, it is hard to pray for someone i dont know or what she looks like, but i can help u do it for her, if u wish, make a little table with tea light candle and pics of Dalai Lama or any other saints u know or have pics of, on this prayer/puja table, i have puja tables in all my rooms and on my patio, i place amethyst quartz crystal ( the purple gem) on table with mayb rose quartz too, amethyst is good for telepathy and dreams it is a transmitter quartz hence why they use lithium rose quartz also in watches etc. it has much energy. then place a pic and name of person u wish to have prayers for or their name if u dont have a pic, u can write down a prayer of your choice any one u have faith in , be it christian or buddhist or other, here is the tibetan buddhist medicIne mantra prayer, u can write it down on puja and say it silently in your mind while thinking/visualizing your friend.
