Peace inside will ultimately reflect peace outside. It's the teaching of that inner release must continue all around the globe. I love what Thich Nhat Hanh says about his own experience with the boat people from Viet Nam "Aware of the depth of suffering in the world, I vowed not to live superficially" I came to that same
commitment within myself at a very early age. I think it was born within me.
