When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?
I am a born activist
What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?
So what is it?
IT is about our Mother Earth & its inhabitants being in turmoil as we sometimes struggle to maintain balance and allow our authentic selves to shine, to embrace our Oneness.
What must we overcome to achieve peace?
We fear the unknown and the quantum leap required of humanity at this time is an unknown......but unknown only if we are afraid to accept the possibility (the reality?) that IT is what we have known all along (;>}
Can we change the world?
More about me

Thank you, Michael. You will love the International Peace Gardens, especially if you keep in mind that Canada and the USA share the longest border on this planet and have never been to war against each other since becoming two sovreign freedom-loving countries. We've had our differences, yet we've always been able to solve them via diplomatic means. This is a magnificent testament to the power of nonviolent means to peace, just as Gandhi demonstrated.
There is one other thing, though, that I'd like to share with you now. It's a quote about the devastating effects that poverty has as an obstacle to peace.
"Wars against nations are fought to change maps; wars against poverty are fought to map change." -- Muhammad Ali
