We cannot give peace if we are not peaceful within ourselves, and alot of that has to do with issues, traumatic events, no support, no love, judgements, racism, abuse, and on and on. A good step is to take care of your body, physical effects emotional, verbalize your pain and worries from past or present and surround yourself around people who give to you and not just take. It is imperative to have positive energy people who are not hiding things from you, or are jealous of you or are competitive. Very sensitive people can feel this a mile away, and it becomes draining and your mind gets used to this draining feeling, and you fall into a vicious cycle. But when your body and mind gets used to feeling good, you have more energy, and you think more about eating good foods, working out, sleeping good, etc. It all starts within YOU, you have to make small steps to change, you cannot change anyone. Wow, I heard this on the Radio, what are your thoughts on this? This is 2009, dont you think this is a little bit over the top? I really do pray for the negative energies that Nigeria is going to be feeling. Humans are Humans no matter what beliefs they have or gender they prefer. We are all One, I think you forgot that small detail. Peace to Nigerians who are gay or secretly gay, I feel for you people who are living in the stone ages.
