When i was on a visit in Glastonbury, Avalon. The heartchacra of our planet, seen in vision by Robert Coon (and see more on www.rainbowserpent.co.uk). I met a woman called Margeret. She is about sixty years old, and she asked me from where I was I told her i am from Belgium. And she replyed me "Belgium and the Netherlands you are the protectors of the heart in England." I asked here why, but she couldn't tell me, that was the only thing she knew about that she said. It just cam up in her mind once. and she shared it with me. Well I found it a bit strange, mysterious and forgot about it. A half year later I was on a rainbowgathering in Belgium. And i met Stef there, we where sitting around the fire and we had a conversation about language and the importance of language in our path of awakening. He showed me a book, it is called Excalibur and is written by Vallianth. It's a book written in dutch and explains us the language of the heart somehow. I opened the book randomly and I saw a map of Belgium and the Netherlands and there was a heart drawn on the map. over about 160 km's long and 100 km's wide. I was ashtonished, because i remembered the words of Margeret. "Belgium and the Netherlands are the protectors of the heart in England" And now I saw this map. I asked Stef what this heart was. He said it is the heart of the A and B. it's the heart of the Templars. back than it con-fused me a bit. I didn't understand what it all meant. He told there was a story about that AB heart and I do not re-member the story like stef told me but for me and also for you the following story works, i brought it to experience several times. The story goes like this.

The alpha-beth is existing out of 26 pieces. With the piece A meaning in dutch A-deel, and the piece B, B-deel. Now A-deel, and Be-deel or Adel and Bedel are dutch words meaning A-ristocrasy and B-eggars. Or also to understand A as whatever dominant pattern and B to whatever Victim-pattern.

If I at least still dwell in this illusions. Because illusions they are. it's shadow. I understand now that we are all one. All connected. And that there is only light that this light is the universal love. Uni-verse is created out of One. I can call it Big-bang or creation or God, Allah, Spirit, Vishnu... All is created out of One. In love.

So looking towards the illusion of separation I see that the dominant, the A, is a piramide with a closed capstone. Seeing that those dominant beings and structures are traped, in the upper part of the A. Still sharing love with those inside the closed capstone. Because not one being can live if we do not feel loved at all. I see that they act because they are in lack of love. Well I re-member now that there is only love. So where does this lack of love is coming from. Well I gonna give you a view of how I can see and solve this for myself.
I can see B as a flatened 8. 8 being two circles, connected with eachother. So B sharing the love with eachtoher as victims. but denying that love towards the A. Maybe not always aware of this.
Awareness is the first step to transformation. The B is a flatened 8, flatened towards the A. As you can see in AB. So as victim I share my love with another victim but not with that what dominates me. I deny to love those who dominate me. A is trapped in a closed capstone. In greed, or in materialism, or in addiction,... acting like this because they want to feed themself with something, something they feel they are in lack of. That lack is the lack of love. But as long as they are in greed and not loved by the B they are mostly not aware of this.
So if I can see as a victim that all is one, and that I was denying the love towards my brother who dominate me. And forgive myself first because I couldn't see it this way before. But today I see and open the heart again for that what was dominating me. I lay myself down by the facts. I see the facts, I see what A is dooing, and accept it the way it is. I am not fighting anymore. And I choose clearly the way that pleases the heart. What for shure will be another way. Being the heart, opening the heart fully for my brothers and sisters, sharing the infinite love. I was somehow blind and dwelling from the B into the A and into B again. being victim than dominant beeing victim again. and the game didn't stop. Until i realise that I can forgive myself now. And forgive all whatever dominated me. Addictions, people, thoughts,... And love again. Be the He-Art.

So when I do this The B lays himself down. What will happen is that the dominant A will reverse, and share again with the B. so we have a lay down B and reverse A. Because in love we are magnetic we attract eachother and share so we see now a reversed A and lay down B forming a heart. The unconditional heart that unites us all. This is the AB-solution.

I have been inspired and guided by this story the last years, and it works. I am liberating myself and all of us trough this step by step. Pattern by pattern. Removing the blocks that where creating shadow. So there is only light anymore.
