When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?
I'm just a peaceful person
What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?
War, Hunger, Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Violence, Human Rights
What must we overcome to achieve peace?
Religion
More
The religious we'll restrain in its situs
As a thing in which finds solace
The beauty & the fun in faith & praxis
Without missionary & coercion others
The religious caused enough wars
Its spacious influence must changed
The logic is sometimes elusive cold & cruel
But live & let live is the dogma

Wars are absolutely bad
Let's choose instead a path of compromise
Beyond that the killing is awful
They over cloud much the daily life
& in order to be right & virtuous
it's a need to get into others shoes
to see the grievance in our way
& to compensate & to make peace with those who's our legs trampled
Can we change the world?
Maybe
More about me
musician, family man, wishes peace, freedom & love
Promise to respect others and refrain from spamming?
I'll do my best

but 1st - a wonder:

it's been some time now since my last entry. i'm still wondering if this is the best platform for my international blog. the site has one major problem - it don't allow people who are not register to surf here, so - in order to read my blog one has to 1st sign in. mepeace has the same problem by the way.

i recently joined this site: http://humanitywithoutborders.ning.com/ since i'm volunteering in this movement. there is an option to write a blog there, &… Continue

being moral

Posted on January 20, 2009 at 1:06pm 0 Comments

as could be understood from my previous posts, i blame the hamas behavior for the situation around gaza no less than i blame the israeli side, & i also blame the world that is persecuting israel non proportionally. it is important to say these things - both have to undergo a dramatic change - especially the 1st one, but also the 2nd leads to many wrongs & dangers.

anyhow - i would like to dedicate this post for the morality of the israeli side.

israelis always declare that the… Continue

& again i wonder about hamas ability & responsibility to end the killing & suffering in gaza. all they have to do is to surrender. the realm there is disastrous to the population there. hamas won the…

& again i wonder about hamas ability & responsibility to end the killing & suffering in gaza. all they have to do is to surrender. the realm there is disastrous to the population there.

hamas won the elections - that's true. but it didn't accept the democratic game fully, & took over gaza in brutal force. as far as i know people vote for hamas mainly cause the palestinian authority was corrupted, but also cause hamas seemed strong. anyhow - i don't know how corrupted the… Continue

better to write something

Posted on January 11, 2009 at 5:13pm 9 Comments

actually - after two posts i've posted here i'm starting to think it wasn't a smart move - nobody seems to react to them, and after all - when one publishes something, he wishes that someone would "consume" it. anyhow - i might search another platform for my blog, or return to mepeace (only there i hadn't many readers as well...)

anyhow - i thought what more i should write about the war. the war that, as any other, i object to. you see - i'm not sure if i'm a pure pacifist, but as… Continue

a naive blog post?

Posted on January 6, 2009 at 11:05pm 0 Comments

everybody hates hamas. hamas dragged israel to this fight by deciding to fire rockets on its inhabitants. israel says that no other country in the world would accept it, & therefor israel should be appreciated because it was very toleranted during the 8 years of this phenomenon whilst any other country would have react very aggressively in a similar case. isn't it true?

so - hamas drove israel to fight. hamas is to blame on the situation that is now going on in gaza - a terrible… Continue

JUST made me think how people say better days....why not better months or years? let's hope so.....I keep thinking where is the road to making it all ok again
maybe the possibilities are too many nowadays? too many choices?

Hello!
You know, iPeace used to get more comments on almost all of the blogs, or so it seems. I think that people do read them, but there is so much to read now, and perhaps they don't have time to respond.
Even I read some and don't respond. I feel badly about it, but I am a busy person with family and can't respond to everyone, though I would like to
That's what I believe. Keep writing - maybe it's like a singer who sings on the sidewalk expecting to receive money for the singing...all hear him but not everyone stops and acknowledges him
Best of luck - for us all
Stephanie
