At Clinton Global Initiative, my ears almost dropped off my head when one of the 4 promises Obama made if elected is to end malaria deaths by 2015. We'd certainly love to help and have maps of why global NGOs have failed to do to malaria what local communities achieved historically -eg Florida was once infested by malaria- it took a sustained effort by every community to eradicate the malaria carrying mosquito, not just bed nets
