I think that on each walk each of us can pick a plastic bottle or any other plastic waste and throw it to recycling bin. I do it. People often tell me that it won't change much. But I think that I am doing it not only for the environment, but also for myself. It makes me a better person. The attitude makes a difference. Your personal commitment makes a difference. Your example makes a difference. Recycle at home, try to convince others to recycle. Don't be indifferent when someone throws a cigarette filter on the ground... smilingly show him where the bin is.

Brilliant video ~ time to wake up people, and STOP worshipping the Cult of Consumerism!

I loved this video. I´m a teacher and I worr with environment education. I think the new generations must be conscious of thw problem growing with good habits about recicling and other wealthy habits with environment issues.

Good report. Something should be done, definatly! Perhaps an international agreement could be a solution, but some action must be taken and ships designated to clean up. In any case, the problem must be discussed at international government level.
Don't let down!
Best regards.

We can use baskets to carry what we buy, instead of palstic bags.
I do it : I have a wicker basket and very often people tell me "what a beautiful wicker ! "
It is really our choice. So, le's do it all together ...
