Psalm 37:7 Be still before the Lord and wait patiently; This stillnesss is the key
to listening with your Heart and Soul. I say pray as often as you like or continously, but after speaking with yoiur Heart and Mind, then stop to listen.for awhile. The Zen meditation on Mu has meaning of Nothing. It is said that thoughts are things, thus nothing or no-thing is no thought and if no thought no words and if no words then at that time no
prayer (talking). Stillness in meditation.
