the work of the UNRWA

Does anyone know about the work of the UNRWA? (United Nations Relief and Works Agency) Are they really making a difference? What are they doing?

Do you know anyone who works with them who could tell us more?

I don`t know very much about them and I don`t think they are very visible;at least not in this war.
