The Hierophant's purpose is to bring the spiritual down to Earth. Where the High Priestess between her two pillars deals with realms beyond this Earth, the Hierophant (or High Priest) deals with worldly problems. He is well suited to do this because he strives to create harmony and peace in the midst of a crisis. The Hierophant's only problem is that he can be stubborn and hidebound. At his best, he is wise and soothing, at his worst, he is an unbending traditionalist.
First the Trumpy .... a nice bike...my husband to be had one when we met and it was always well behaved.
Next the Matchless ....I don't remember if it was like the one you illustrated ..... never mind....Keith myself and the matchless in question all forgave ourselves and each other......happy ending.
The butterflies.....I've just spent the past couple of hours checking out on the internet how to establish a butterfly garden .... seems straight forward except that I didn't know before that some butterflies are cannibals. This makes being a butterfly human ....human butterfly more cogent.
Everything about the blue and lavender picture you chose is perfect. A very discerning man.
2009 was quite a year and 2010 could well be more so. There are many beautiful photos I could send but I don't know how. I'll send beautiful thoughts instead.... of peace on earth ....and of a lovely blue planet where there is total freedom from fear hunger and conflict.

Happy Happy to you..and Yours. no Des not with me today,I'm not celebrating xmas this year,at all..but Des booked flight yesterday and arrives here on Sunday :)) so will be together few weeks and can celebrate New Years (sort of our anniversary) and my Birthday(1-4) together..

Did you know that an eagle knows when a storm is approaching long before it breaks? The eagle will fly to some high spot and wait for the winds to come. When the storm hits, it sets its wings so that the wind will pick it up and lift it above the storm. While the storm rages, below the eagle is soaring above it. The eagle does not escape the storm, it simply uses the storm to lift it higher. It rises on the winds that bring the storm.
When the storms of life come upon us ... and all of us will experience them ... we can rise above them by setting our minds and our belief toward God.
The storms do not have to overcome us, we can allow God's power to lift us above them. God enables us to ride the winds of the storm that bring sickness, tragedy, failure, and disappointment into our lives. We can soar above the storm.
