Just a few random pieces of music.............The first, The Kane Gang can make nostalgia, however recent, very painful................one of the greatest 80s hits of 1984 vintage.........................................

The next a number written by Bob Dylan and interpreted very competently by these........................................

Now for some '76 pop................................

Two more.......Nothing to say regarding either except the first is just 'There'....and so's the second..........

(Fabulous National guitar Ray has around his neck)

Oh, and for all youse out there that want more of this fella from the Julie D. clip.............

The lovely P.P. Arnold on a French show called 'Surprise Partie'........................................

The couple dancing with their arms up must've taken direction and advice from that horse in the clip you posted on Larf-Inn.....As for the cameraman....They must train'em different in France. Over here most of the cameramen I know would just've bull-dozed through the pair of them (Have you ever noticed in old clips of Top of the Pops or Ready Steady Go (anyof the shows really), the cameras would just keep going and som of the dancers really ad to move a bit sharpish....Oh well...).

Here's Pat Arnold in another guise............................... Steve Marriott would've been 63 today. R.I.P..........

Rare TV-Performance by The Small Faces and P.P. Arnold broadcast 02.March 1968 Boutton Rouge (Belgium TV)! For all young and old mods who loves these guys...

And here she is again.....

Now the writer of that song....................

When it comes to being lucky she's cursed.

You really can't leave this wersion out can you >..............................................

I've not listened to the videos yet, but I know what you mean about the dancers having to move out of the way for the cameras.... if they had their backs to the cameras it came as such a surprise to them too.

I spend my youth wanting to watch TOTP's on a Thursday night, but I was never allowed as there was always a film on the other channel that my mother wanted to watch.

When I worked for the Beeb the ticket unit was in the same open plan office as me, and I could have got all the tickets I wanted for TOTP's, but I never did... funny how to think in a few short years your wants change so much.
