CONDEMN the Israeli Attacks on Gaza and west bank

Israel is using a disproportionate force against Gazan civilians. After living under an Israeli siege for 18 months that deprived Gazans of basic necessities, Hamas fired homemade missiles and Israel responds by MASS PUNISHING Palestinians with F-16 raids. So far roughly 1400 Palestinians were brutaly murdered in 24 days, including 417 children & 108 women, 5340 injured.... whereas only 4 Israelis have died.

Palestinian kida can`t live normaly...For what? What it takes to live as all the world kids ?
I think they can`t because isreal want bigger place for his crime
Because they don`t leave thier country
Because they choosed honor
Because isreal wants allways to take from palestinians and never give them any thing.

Israel has done everything in its power to earn such a violent, disrespectful reputation worldwide. Right now, many Israelis are fighting back, side by side with other Palestinians who have nothing to do with any political party, which many visibly criticize. Now other Israelis have no real excuse to dismiss them, but most still ignore and abuse anyone who dares to speak out against the violence.
For decades Israeli PR has been trying to sell everyone and all the people around the world the idea that Israel has higher moral standards, that they’re fighting merely for their existence, that they’re the only “democracy” in the region when none are factually true.

Eye`s see whats going on on gaza and west bank for 60 years,
Ear`s hear the screem of the babies , womens and others
While the world looked elsewhere another week of DEATH ,SUFFERING AND MISERY

you sound very angry and you have a right to be, the media is doing a terrible job at the moment, while women and children are being killed, sky's top of the news agenda was cricket, and how the captain has resigned, this was followed by a very short coverage of what is going on in gaza, bbc was the same but algezera news showed how the isralies could not even stop the fighting for three hours today. while the aid was being delivered to gaza there were killings in the south of the country, it is time we made more protest against the media for its twisted and halfhearted coverage.if anyone has any ideas please let me know
AM NOT ANGRY BUT AM UPSET AND SAD FOR WHATS GOING ON...
BUT THANKS ALOT FOR YOUR IDEA
REALY THANKX

Innocent Palestinian people are being treated like animals, with the presumption that they are guilty of some crime. Because they voted for candidates who are members of Hamas, the United States government has become the driving force behind an apparently effective scheme of depriving the general public of income, access to the outside world, and the necessities of life. Overwhelmingly, these are schoolteachers, nurses, social workers, police officers, farm families, shopkeepers, and their employees and families who are just hoping for a better life.

It is almost a miracle that the Palestinians have been able to orchestrate three elections during the past 10 years, all of which have been honest, fair, strongly contested, without violence, and with the results accepted by winners and losers. Polls conducted after the January parliamentary election show that 80% of Palestinians still want a peace agreement with Israel based on the international road map premises. Although Fatah party members refused to join Hamas in a coalition government, nearly 70% of Palestinians continue to support Fatah’s leader, Mahmoud Abbas, as their president.

One clear reason for the surprising Hamas victory for legislative seats was that the voters were in despair about prospects for peace. With American acquiescence, the Israelis had avoided any substantive peace talks for more than five years, regardless of who had been chosen to represent the Palestinian side as interlocutor. With all their faults, Hamas leaders have continued to honor a temporary cease-fire during the past 18 months, and their spokesman told me that this “can be extended for two, 10, or even 50 years if the Israelis will reciprocate.”

The day after his party lost the election, Abbas told me that his own struggling government could not sustain itself financially with their daily lives and economy so severely disrupted, and access from Palestine to Israel and the outside world almost totally restricted. They were already $900 million in debt. The additional restraints imposed on the new government are a planned and deliberate catastrophe for the citizens of the occupied territories, in hopes that Hamas will yield to the economic pressure.

It is unconscionable for Israel, the United States, and others under their influence to continue punishing the innocent people of Palestine. The Israelis are withholding approximately $55 million a month in taxes and customs duties that, without dispute, belong to the Palestinians. Although some Arab nations have allocated funds for humanitarian purposes to alleviate human suffering, the U.S. government is threatening the financial existence of any Jordanian or other bank that dares to transfer this assistance into Palestine.

It would be a tragedy for the international community to abandon the hope that a peaceful coexistence of two states in the Holy Land is possible. Like Egypt and all other Arab nations before the Camp David Accords of 1978, and the Palestine Liberation Organization before the Oslo peace agreement of 1993, Hamas leaders have refused to recognize the state of Israel while their territory is being occupied. However, Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh has expressed approval for peace talks between Abbas and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert of Israel. He added that if these negotiations result in an agreement that can be accepted by Palestinians, then the Hamas position regarding Israel would be changed.

The international community needs to probe for an acceptable way out of this quagmire. Israelis and Palestinians both want a two-state solution, but depriving the people of Palestine of their basic human rights to punish their elected leaders is not a path to peace.

As a citizen of the United States, I am particularly sensitive to this awful assault on so many innocent people. I am ashamed of the US for its sickening support of Israel NO MATTER WHAT! Enough already. This latest attack was meant to "show" Israeli enemies and detractors that they are capable of crushing any attacks. They had something to prove after Hizbollah in Lebanon stood up to their might in 2006. I believe this vicious cycle is one based in a very, very paranoid culture that feeds on itself by being constantly on a footing of war rather than peace-mindedness. It isn't any wonder that Arabs have the opinions and feelings they do towards Israel. Until there is an immediate, permanent ceasefire and the United Nations grows some balls, this cycle of violence will continue. I believe that the US, the UK, the EU and all other members of the United Nations need to stand up to Israel and tell them, "enough". Then the work of UN troops or whatever it takes to keep peace while diplomatic actions take place. I am praying that our new president will break the cycle of blind and utter support to Israel, particularly when it behaves in such massive attacks as we have seen.

For some people I suppose the ONLY way to really understand what is REALLY happening EVERYDAY in the lives of Palestinians at the hands of their oppressors, aggressors and prison wardens is to go there. Go to Palestine! Go there! I did! I KNOW what is going on! I saw things you would not ever imagine are happening ROUTINELY everyday in the lives of kind, sweet, peaceful Palestinian farmers and workers who only want to live a decent life for their children!!!!!!! GO to Palestine! Visit the West Bank and GAZA! Go there and then put your money where your mouth is!!!!!! I challenge all Americans to go to Palestine to see with your own eyes! Be prepared to be treated like a Palestinian!

Dear SamSam Faraj,

God will listen to your wish only if you condamn also the attacks against Israel. Become a true human being and try to bring all the world to help those who are ostages of repeated history.
I am not with Hamas or any other side..but am with my suffer and my family sufer and my friends sufer and the people who sufer a lot from isreal....no way we are in the same place in suffering...
am asking every one who thinks that isreal suffer to come and live here for 1 week...only one week to see how much we suffering from them
I am 33 years old and all i have seen from them , all of it just suffering...some times on check points, sometimes on my city , sometimes in my house ,and some time`s and others..you have no idea about how we live every day here...with hamas rockets or without it///with our goverment or without it...if we fight or not its the same in isreal goverment eyes...
Everyday we ask our self`s :: Are we afraid to die ? It is death , either by killing or by cancer , the same thing , we are all waiting for the last day of our life , nothing will be change , if it is by Apatchi or F16 , or by arrest or sickness,
For us as palestiniana we prefer to Die by Apatchi or F16
We know the way how to be a victim...
Interesting how the Israelis are repeating the same inhumane history of the Nazis......
God will listen without preconditions as you insist. God is our God, everyone's God.... not just yours.
Dear Caroline Schwab,
I invite you to live in a Palestinian home as a Palestinian in the West Bank or preferably in Gaza. After one week you can tell us what it was like. I challenge you to try it especially in Gaza once it may be rebuilt. I am sure Israel will again enforce a blockade so those living in this confined, walled in area will have to suffer. I seriously doubt you have suffered like these people. Suffer with them first and then talk.
Dear Roro, Read the Bible, Israel is God's chosen nation.
