When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I feel the pain in the world

What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?: War, Hunger, Poverty, Violence, Inflation, Human Rights, Other

So what is it?: lack of good leadership

What must we overcome to achieve peace?: Fear

More: Fear surpasses greed and hate and other reasons that are obstacles between peace and no peace.
Trust, security [in how you feel about your hom, your town your city...], not knowing what will happen in just a few hours, not knowing where you'll sleep..this is all fear. Worry and fear and lack of trust..will break down a society. I remember substitute teaching in a thrid grade class, as a helper; I was aksed to sit down with one child at a time and ask her/him which words on my list described them.. and the word "Worry" was one of the words that each child chose. This wouldn't have happend in my school when i was growing up in the 1960s

Can we change the world?: Definitely

Music promotes self discipline, confidence, and helps the child focus, thus creating a healthy environment for learning. Learning an instrument in the early years is vital; a child's brain is much more receptive to the multiple facets of absorbing a muscal insrtument/more open to instruction.

If All The People In The World Played Music Together There wouldn't Be Any War

My passion in this world is to bring my musical family into the schools to have a chat with each child in our audience about what instrument they will choose for themselves, to learn. If nothing, they will find a friend for life.. We raise our own money so that the schools don't have to worry about paying us... sometimes a donation is all we ask..
