So what is it?: We are all one in Universal Law. Change yourself, change the world

What must we overcome to achieve peace?: Fear

More: Fear of everything. Not enough to go round, of being controlled and vice versa,the need to control others, someone may be better off than me, success and failure in life.

Can we change the world?: Definitely

More about me: I study and practise personal development on a spiritual level.Give out Love and Peace from within yourself and it passes to all. The best example is a smile. You smile at someone, they usually smile back.
