Noa's post of yesterday is most eloquent. Sitting safely in Berkeley, California, I can only imagine what it is like to be in Israel, Gaza or the West Bank. I would be afraid. Would I be able to act for peace? I would only find out by being there. Her words "Both sides have the responsibility of understanding what the other side is most sensitive about and minimizing the sense of threat, using all the means at their disposal, including rhetoric, which is extremely strong," are much stronger… Continue
