Every Sunday 21:00 Israel time we pray for peace in the world. sit for 18, 27 or 36 minutes. as you like.

It is easy!

seat wherever you are. palms open on your lap.

take few deep breath. imagine a shower of light that cleanse you from the day that you had.

then imagine the world as one.

pray for peace in all countries. cover the globe with light/ plant you peace thoughts everywhere.

believe! it is working! we can change and save the world.
