History was MADE last night!

I watched and listened to all that went on with the election, the one thing that both spoke of in their respective speaches to each other was UNITY!
This to me says alot about them and their character,it was a joyous and yet a sad day for Obama but even in the difficult time he maintained composure with grace and dignity
What this country needs to look at is all the problems we face as a country and think of how WE all will make it a GREAT country once again
I have no doubt in my mind that Obama can do it,but in order for him to be successful with it,he will need OUR help!
This is and should ALWAYS BE,The United States of America
WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
made our voices heard and now it is up to all of us to come together to make this country what it should be,A LEADING COUNTRY,in economics,in foreign politics,we need to be the leaders that all the world expects us to be
We cannot do this with all the fighting,let's show that world how a UNITED country can make a difference in this world that has become so chaotic in this day and age
Work to make the world richer in every aspect of life for all the people so that there are NO more starving children and elders,nor the enviroment suffer the way it does
Make it so that places like Pine Ridge are no longer the poorest place here in our OWN country,make it so that there is NO MORE gang violence,drugs,alcohol abuse,child abuse,and all the other things that have plagued this country for so long
it is up to us to make the difference in our childrens lives so they do not fear the acts of WAR,poverty,violence,substance abuse or any of the other problems in this country of ours
WE THE PEOPLE MADE A CHOICE LAST NIGHT AND NOW WE ALL MUST ACT ON OUR CHOICE AS A UNITED PEOPLE
No longer should there be fighting amongst the people of this country when we have a whole world looking down on us while this happens and we are busy fighting other countries as well
How are we suppose to lead if all they see is our own people fighting with each others??
We need to be the better example in order to be a leader!
I look forward to a better future for my children and yours and will work hard to make sure this happens along with anyone else who is looking to do the same whether you are Republican,Democrat,white,black,Russian,Hispanic,or whatever you heritage and culture
WE THE PEOPLE,cannot teach our children how to continue to hate,we cannot teach them how to be civil when we are attacking other countries and then expect them to listen when we say"Don't FIGHT!"
It is not someone elses responsibility to teach our children this,it is our responsibility as parents to do this!
Take a look at your child today and ask yourself where you see them in the next ten years,twenty years,did I teach them enough,show them the right things,did I keep them away from the gangs and other influences,there are so many things that we all need to do and can do it together
"Any rule can be broken,only when applied properly can it make a difference"
Let's all work together and make that difference we all want
