Peace Begins

Peace begins with what we teach our children,just like what was taught to us
it begins with one act of kindness to someone else even if you don't know that person
it is taught just like hate
it is feared
it is the same for everyone
How will you find peace
what will you teach of it
Why is it so hard to understand
look around you and ask yourself
HAVEN'T WE DONE ENOUGH TO THIS WORLD?
When will you find peace
After all is gone and there is no more to fight about
when there is no more to have
when your children perish from our actions
there are only two times in our lifetimes when racism is not a factor
when we are born and when we die

Back when the settlers first came to this part of the world,the Native Americans seen them struggling and saw that their children were suffering and so they did something about it!That my friends is when Thanksgiving began for the Christain people,it has always been a Native traditon.This country began with an act of kindness and will end with an act of hatefullness only because we refuse to see it even when someone points this out to you!
Peace begins with you,me and all the other people.
Peace begins when you have had enough
Peace begins when you won't allow anyone to harm you child
Peace begins when you decide to do the right thing
Peace will start with you and end with you
