question?

hi everybody,
i'd like to asking you How could we create peace instead of war?
Many parts of the worls suufer from war due to conflicts of wills and interests. how can we settle peace?

The Big question that no one knows the answer to. Human nature is a strange and wonderful thing but can sometimes be evil and ruthless. While there are still power hungry people who crave 'god' like status [ most of these people use a known god to support their actions ] we will continue to have wars.

we have to work toward this being a planet not a world made up of a lot of countries. we are all living creatures of Earth and my dream is that one day that will be how it is, thus eliminating nationalistic stupidity as well as any power hungry person.

To scramble JFK's saying - you can fool some of the people some of the time but not all the people all of the time. A very interesting topic and the reason we are members of this group which I feel is a good way to progress towards a unified Earth. We obtain the support and encouragement for individual work, thank you to those who keep these sites going.

Peace is a long way off...we can't climb a rope starting from the middle or the top, we have to start at the bottom. Same with peace. First we need tolerance of religion and culture (not destruction of it as some people even on this site have mentioned), then we have to eliminate reasons which cause war and the main reason nowadays is energy (oil, gas, coal). After that every economical problem needs to be reduced if not settled. Next we need to do something about terrorism... it is the worst thing that happened to this world after the Crusades; terrorism destroys countries, ruins economies, separates families, blames religion for its wrong doings so the innocent people of that religion suffer etc.
And finally at the end we will have peace...one way or the other...

I envisage using the principles of gentle martial arts (aikido, taichi, etc.) to show that violence can be stopped lovingly and peacefully.

We need to develop these principles to be able to use them on the global scale. But i am sure it is possible - an army of peaceful warriors fighting gently and lovingly and preventing wars without resorting to war themselves.
