Yes, we have to accept that sorrow is a part of our human condition, even when we have worked through our issues and let go of our "baggage." I see so many people on this and other forums showing only the happy, carefree side. If they are feeling otherwise, they leave or "stop out." I have done this several times. It is not realistic to just say that we have to own our feelings and not blame others for them. We sometimes need to share the sadness, the loneliness. We need to support each other in a caring, non-judgmental way, especially if our families are not there for us or if we are living alone. I hope this can be a circle of understanding and support.

Yes we have to be there for each other not everyone has a family, as you said, to share the grief with...

this how i feel, but bit better now ..
just to much all at once joni,i been dealing OK fer long time,but sometimes,especially round holidays..I get depressed & sad..Christmas gets harder to deal. also,timing of when I got sick very bad as was trying find and applying for apartment,just was to fill out app & couldn't do cuz sick..plus have sick kitty needs tests can't afford,etc. lots n lots more difficulties..finally got me down..
I spent xmas alone in my room, my mom or daughter in-law or son never even called me,did get card & short email from mother,but that was ALL..partly why was so bah hum bug..and decided no have xmas this year..kinda hard to do when no money ,depressed and alone
thanks hun..not seeing my grandsons was very sad,haven't seen since end July :( dis was worse xmas ever,thot last year was,this one was even worse no see anyone at all. me happy Des b here today too..
Finally i got an explanation Leah...and i do understand. You and joni are such lovely fighters you never give up. I`m so impressed of the two of you... Have much to learn from you *smile'
