1. I had 3 meals,over 8 million people around the world did not.

2..Small feet pounding my floor at 5am. I love kids being in the house, breaks the silence.

I think personally I am loosing it..I was fine this morning when I woke up..I wanted to do something just for me today..I laid in comfort thinking...Just then....

Everyday I practice my gratitudes of the day. Some days are easier than others the gratitudes just spring in my mind. I have several Blog sites. I pratice there as well. I am 18 days away from being 48 years of age. I have not always been a grateful person. I guess when I decided it was time to change was when I was waking up angry without provacation ALOT.... It's hard going from angry to grateful,believe me when I say its sure been a journey in learning for me..
