Everyday I practice my gratitudes of the day. Some days are easier than others the gratitudes just spring in my mind. I have several Blog sites. I pratice there as well. I am 18 days away from being 48 years of age. I have not always been a grateful person. I guess when I decided it was time to change was when I was waking up angry without provacation ALOT....
