every human experience that we go through has a chemical basis within ourselves

when we are joyous by our own nature we do not have to do anything to be happy.The very dimension of our life,the way we perceive and express ourselves in the world will change,the very way we experience our life will change.
When we are happy we are a wonderful person for all the people around us.When we are unhappy we are a nasty and dangerous person to the world.So the first and foremost responsibility is to establish ourselves as a joyous human being.
I am willing to change - if this happens to you,then everything will change.The true revolution is only when I want to change.When I am willing to become,of my own nature peaceful and joyous and become free from this process where my happiness is mortgaged to outside situations.
